These pages outline quick setup instructions for your Sveasoft-equipped WRT54G.

If you are attempting to use your WRT54G to simply connect wired computers to the Internet, read the first section only, the other sections cover advanced wireless configuration topics which do not affect the casual user.

• Internet: Configuring the Internet port (aka WAN)
• AP mode: Configuring the WRT54G as an access point
• Client mode: Configuring the WRT54G as a client device to another access point (i.e. make it work like a Linksys WET11 wireless ethernet bridge or Linksys WGA)
• WDS: Configuring the WDS (Wireless Distribution System), allowing you to connect multiple access points wirelessly to create a larger network area
